If you try to attach your LiveID to Zune software for WP7, you may experience some problem at the Terms and Condition step where it will not load the content of the T&C and will throw you an error code C101A006.
A workaround to solve this problem, go to Zune.net and sign in with your LiveID. You will be prompt the same acceptance for the T&C and from there, you can agree to it. Once you agree to the T&C on Zune.net, you will bypass the stage in the Zune software (since you've already agreed at Zune.net) and can start to use the software.
